We are a Project Management company based in Graphic Installation. We have grown over 10 years purely by word of mouth and recommendation. Our skill is what gets our feet in the door, personality is what gets us a coffee and a biscuit while we work.
Here's 5 simple things you should know about us.
We are a 3 generation family business, years of experience, a heap of knowledge and enthusiasm to burn. 17 staff in total all with us for the reason that we work as a team. All of our staff our specialists in their own areas of skill meaning we have managed to defeat the "Jack of all trades" and achieve the ability to specialise in pretty much anything that is Graphic Display. Our team are expected to be polite, helpful, hardworking, qualified and represent Cube in a good light.
We were formed due to us feeling the industry had a gap in the market, production is always excelling but it always seemed an after thought for companies to arrange for the production to be installed. On the other end of the stick were teams of installers not being able to keep in line with the production companies formal needs for H&S requirements, Insurances, Vehicles, Access equipment, or Qualifications.
The industry of install was too closely related to the "Labourer" stereotype. This was important to break away from the stereotype as the end client is sold in a meeting by the production company a work of art dream. It needs a skilled artist to install, correctly and safely. We also knew lots of hardworking individuals that were highly skilled, just not capable of the "office" needs of keeping the delivery of the jobs to an optimal height.
Roll out jobs and multiple bookings require 24/7 support, along with an on the ball project management system. This is where we come in.
Very Cliché to say but we literally have staff working 24/7 roughly 363 days a year.... C'mon we are allowed a couple days off a year! We understand that most clients will want the big reveal schemed under the cover of darkness or simply just to keep out the way of the day to day huss and buss of the environment.
We literally in this past year have taken on projects in USA and Europe.
"Conquering" the USA has always been a goal of ours, we beat our earlier goals too fast so needed a tougher task. The USA the home of the largest, craziest graphics you can think of, nobody gets flown all the way out there from the UK... At least they didn't until we were the only team capable of the project at hand. Definately our favourite project to date, Las Vegas.
